The all new PRO3B two-part epoxy was developed specifically for converting printing blankets. The exceptional shear strength allows the PRO3B to withstand the intense torque that is required during the printing process. The 45-60 minute pot life and 24 hour cure time offer just the right amount of working time required to convert blankets.
PRO 3B: Flexibility
We know that no two converters are the same and that all have different volume requirements. Therefore, we are proud to offer PRO3B in 200ml and 400ml cartridges as well as 5-pound, 20-pound, and 100-pound kits. In addition, we also stock 200ml and 400ml manual & pneumatic applicator guns as well as mixing tips to complete the job.

Heat seal tape for blanket conversion
The epoxy alternative
For those converters who prefer an alternative to traditional blanket bar epoxies such as the PRO 3B, we are proud to offer two different types of thermoplastic heat seal tape. This tape comes in a variety of widths and lengths. Proper application involves attaching the tape to the fabric side of the blanket and then heating in a traditional heatset press.
